Welcome to Drone in Jordan! 

This refund policy applies to all services offered by DIJ through:

  • (Hereinafter referred to as “DIJ”).
1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

The user may request a full refund of the subscription payment if the user does not use the subscription within 24 hours of the subscription purchase. The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase of the subscription. To request a refund please send the request through our contact information. Refunds do not apply to on demand purchases.

2. PRIVATE PHOTO SESSION SERVICES

Clients of our private photo session services may request a refund of the payment made for the services within 3 days of booking the service. If the refund request is sent during the 3 days prior to the booking of the service, we cannot offer a refund. Private photo session services are subject to the respective service contract.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

Once the refund has been requested in the cases mentioned above, the refund may take up to 5 working days to be processed. The refund will be made through the original payment method or may be made through the payment method agreed between the user and DIJ.
